Dr. Richards Plavnieks is an Associate Professor of History at Florida Southern University. He teaches undergraduate courses such as 19th Century German Political Philosophy, Nazi Germany, Interwar Fascism & Nazism, the Second World War, the Holocaust, the Soviet Union, the Cold War, and the Postwar Rebirth of Europe. He has previously taught at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Rollins College, and Stetson University.
